What is an Integrative Massage?

An Integrative Massage is a massage where different styles/types of massage are used in order to achieve the desired effect. The different styles of massage affect the body in different ways. What you (the client) want to achieve during the session, will depend on the types of massage that will be used during your session.

 

 Expect the initial massage to last approximately a 15-20 minutes longer than the scheduled massage. This gives both the client and therapist time to fill out the necessary paperwork. It also allows time for the initial consultation and assessment.
